Energy efficiency–a prescription for saving money.
Large and small hospitals, long-term care facilities, medical offices, and outpatient clinics can all use energy efficiency as an effective prescription for improving the experience of patients and sustaining operations. Cost-savings are most often realized through energy-efficient lighting, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), data centers, and commercial kitchens. Larger facilities can optimize the energy efficiency of buildings and reduce costs by conducting energy audits, re-tuning HVAC systems, and building commissioning.
Efficiency Vermont provides standard rebates to Vermont businesses for installing a wide range of new, energy-efficient equipment. Custom rebates and technical assistance may also be available for technologies or projects not listed on our rebate forms.
