Projects Using Equipment Approach and Less than 10,000 Square Feet

  1. Learn about options and rebates on the Ways to Save pages for each technology or obtain our current forms on the Rebates page.
  2. Optional – Contact Efficiency Vermont and obtain assistance as described in “All Other Projects” below.  Assistance for efficiency measures beyond what is included in the forms, is only available if Efficiency Vermont participates in a kick-off or early design team meeting.
  3. Complete and return the form(s) to receive your rebate(s).

All Other Projects

  1. Contact Efficiency Vermont to enroll project.
  2. Invite Efficiency Vermont to participate in a kick-off or early design team meeting.
  3. Work with Efficiency Vermont to include specifications from either the Equipment Guide or Whole-Building Guide in design.
  4. Determine if measures beyond those listed in the Guides will be pursued and how Efficiency Vermont can assist. 
  5. When design is complete, finalize incentive agreement with Efficiency Vermont.
  6. Construct building with designed efficiency measures.
  7. When complete, facilitate an inspection with Efficiency Vermont.  If requirements are satisfied, incentive check will be delivered.
